After three drafts and four hours at the library I have finally got my final script draft! I feel a lot more satisfied with this ending and the fact I clarified Maria and Freeman’s difference in attitude towards war. I now plan on booking in for a tutorial with Shaun and going through anything I could change as a last resort.

Today I gave my feedback back to my partner about her script. We sat down in the kitchen in the media building and we spoke about her script professionally. I told her parts that she could possibly change and I gave solutions that she is open to take and use on her script. I made sure that I gave her detailed and critical feedback but I made sure she actually wanted it before I began. I also showed her my critical evaluation on paper and explained what I meant for each points.

I have received my partners script and have read through it about five times to make sure I give the best feedback I can. Evaluation has been written and plan on talking to her in person about my evaluation.

I also received feedback on my script from Shaun, I am really happy with the feedback and will change the couple of issues he had with my format and one part of the location.

I gave my script to an outsider to scriptwriting and to the university itself and asked them to read through it I also asked them if they engaged with it, if they got confused and if they had to repeat certain parts because they didn’t understand. Luckily they said it was engaging. However they pointed out parts that seemed confusing or too ‘coincidental’. I noted them down then changed a few scenes, doing this gave me an extra page of story.

I have just finished my second draft of my script. I have got up to 9 pages so am re-reading and have asked others to read and give feed back so I can see and change some scenes. I feel as though because most of the characters are masked, its quite confusing to really show which character is which, so I have changed it so their are three main MASKED MEN and one main MASKED WOMAN. Making all the other masked people in the background.
